In many TTPRG campaigns party members with physical strength and dexterity are crucial.
What is a Gym Bunny?
A gym bunny is a character who loves to work out, because of this they tend to have high strength and dexterity. They believe that their bodies are finely tuned machines and their focus is ensuring that it stays in peak condition.
While a gym bunny doesn’t seem like a natural for TTRPG campaigns they do offer a fun spin on strength or dexterity-based characters, allowing you to flesh them out more for more immersive play. For example, while people may think that the ditzy pilates enthusiast would never be useful, she is remarkably strong and has great endurance. On the other hand, the competitive bodybuilder is a mountain of a man and quite intimidating but while he could crush you with his bare hands he is shy and sweet.

Worth noting
If your Game Master (GM) allows you to then get these items before the game starts or if you don’t have the gold for it yet then you can pick up the items as you go. Just be sure to let your GM know that you want to do that so they are prepared.
As a GM you can also have a merchant selling these kits to possible gym bunnies. They can either be selling them as part of a legitimate trade business or at an inflated rate if they know the demand for them is high.
